UK giclée prints are printed in-house on a Canon imagePROGRAF PRO-310 using archival pigment inks on acid-free fine art paper.

Delivery times are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the date of order. Royal Mail does not guarantee delivery times — they are working-day targets.
International (Giclée Prints Only)
International giclée prints are produced by a print-on-demand partner with regional facilities closer to you, rather than being shipped across the world. This keeps transit distances short, reduces packaging waste, and means your print arrives faster.

International shipping is available for giclée prints only. Original paintings ship to the UK only.
Handling Time
Orders are dispatched within 1–3 working days of payment. Most orders ship within 1–2 working days.
If a print is temporarily delayed by the fulfillment provider, we will contact you with an updated estimate.
Packaging
- Giclée prints are sent flat in rigid cardboard mailers to prevent bending, protected with acid-free tissue paper.
- Original paintings are carefully wrapped in acid-free tissue and bubble wrap, then sent in a rigid box or reinforced cardboard packaging.
All orders include a thank-you card. Originals include a Certificate of Authenticity; prints include care instructions.
Order Tracking
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail tracked services. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
Damaged or Missing Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
If your order has not arrived:
- UK: Check your tracking link first. If the status shows delivered but you have not received it, contact us within 7 days.
- International: Allow the full estimated window before contacting us, as customs clearance can cause delays.
We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund.
